SEO / SEM Growth Manager

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Specialist – SEO + SEM who lives and breathes performance marketing. You’ll own end-to-end growth strategy across search channels, leading data-driven decision-making, optimization, and execution. This is a hybrid role where strategic thinking meets hands-on campaign management — perfect for someone who can zoom out for the vision and zoom in for the details.

As a key part of our performance marketing squad, you’ll drive measurable results for our clients, lead specialists, and translate complex data into actionable insights that fuel growth and ROI.

Core Responsibilities

Domain Ownership

• Lead holistic full-funnel strategies across SEO and SEM — from awareness to conversion — leveraging audience insights, media mix modeling, and conversion data.
• Conduct in-depth channel and funnel audits , identifying gaps in keyword targeting, ad relevance, content architecture, and conversion journeys.
• Develop and forecast KPIs using predictive modeling and trend analysis to inform tactical planning and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with Analysts and Specialists to execute A / B tests, improve Quality Scores, reduce CPA, and maximize ROAS.
• Partner with creative and analytics teams to align messaging, content optimization, and landing page UX with performance goals.
