As the Excellence Manager – Finance, you will oversee and manage all aspects of KNIL's freight settlement services. This role requires deep knowledge of freight payments, financial processes, and technology solutions. You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and 3PL providers to streamline processes, ensure accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.

How you create impact

• Oversee freight settlement services, ensuring full control of financial flows and alignment with KN financial guidelines.
• Manage internal / external escalations and support customer month-end closures.
• Ensure accurate accruals, reporting, and cost allocation as per customer requirements.
• Own the onboarding process for new Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) regarding freight settlement.
• Act as a single point of contact for freight settlement topics, resolving billing queries with root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain SOPs related to freight settlement and accruals.
• Develop and present key performance indicators (KPIs) internally and externally to monitor financial health and drive improvements.
• Ensure proper month-end closure, handling accruals and accurate billing in line with financial and contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate financial reports and logistics indicators (e.g., FIN report, accruals, E2E freight settlement KPIs).
• Ensure delivery of process improvements across stakeholders based on root cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to customer contractual financial KPIs and KN internal audit standards.
