Product Lead / Technical Product Manager

Overview :

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and highly experienced Product Lead / Technical Product Manager to join one of our cross-functional product teams as an Individual Contributor in our Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Gurugram office.

This pivotal role will be responsible for defining and building the core accounting product offering (UBOR - Unitized Book of Record) on our platform.

This platform is utilized by some of the most sophisticated hedge funds globally. You will have the opportunity to define the next generation of financial technology products and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

As the Product Lead, you will carry the product and feature from concept to creation, encompassing the full product lifecycle :

• Product Strategy & Vision : Brainstorm the product / feature and its value proposition to our client base, articulating a clear vision for the core accounting platform.
• Documentation & Requirements : Distill the vision into key documents such as the product roadmap, user stories, and comprehensive product / feature specifications via deep dives into the financial domain, meticulous requirement gathering, and detailed business analysis.
• Technical Translation : Work closely with the engineers and architects to translate the Product Specification to technical design, ensuring the final solution aligns with the product vision and system capabilities.
• Quality Assurance & Validation : Prepare comprehensive business test cases / beds to aid the engineering and quality assurance processes.
• Execution Oversight : Rigorously and continuously evaluate the progress of the product / feature-in-flight by leveraging the created test cases / beds to ensure strict compliance with the product / feature specification and the overall vision.
• Risk Management : Track and question risks / assumptions proactively, escalate issues, and mitigate execution risks to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
• Market Awareness : Be actively involved in conducting detailed competitor analysis to ensure the product remains market-leading.
