Technical Product Manager – CCTV & Security Products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for CCTV and security solutions
- Conduct detailed competitor product specification analysis (hardware, firmware, analytics features, certifications) and create benchmarking reports to position our products effectively.
- Track industry trends, emerging technologies (AI, cloud surveillance, cyber security), and regulatory updates
Product Development & Lifecycle
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to translate benchmarking insights into differentiated product features.Ensure compliance with certifications and security standards.Support hardware-software integration with VMS, NVR / DVR, and third-party systems.Go-to-Market & Sales Support
Provide Product intelligence and training to sales teams to strengthen customer pitches.Assist in RFP / RFQ responses, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations with clients.Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in Product Management, Pre-Sales, or Technical roles in CCTV, surveillance, or security products.Strong knowledge of video surveillance technologies, networking, storage, and cloud solutions.Proven expertise in product analysis, benchmarking, and positioning.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Core Competencies :
