We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for our IT staffing organization.
The role focuses entirely on end-to-end in-house recruitment for various IT positions, along with supporting employee engagement initiatives and minimal administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR functioning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle in-house recruitment for IT roles - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and business teams to understand staffing needs and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain and update employee information accurately using ATS and HRMS tools.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support HR policy implementation and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Manage onboarding and exit processes effectively.
- Handle minimal admin responsibilities related to office coordination and support MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of strong experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the IT staffing industry.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
