The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and generating quality leads through social media—primarily LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Vmanico's LinkedIn company page and other social media platforms.
- Develop, plan, and execute content strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create engaging posts, graphics, and campaigns tailored to LinkedIn's professional audience.
- Drive organic growth, followers, and meaningful engagement on LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with business and recruitment teams to support employer branding and talent acquisition goals.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager (with a strong LinkedIn portfolio).Hands-on experience in creating and managing LinkedIn campaigns.Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.Knowledge of LinkedIn analytics and paid advertising campaigns.Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to a professional B2B audience.Strong communication and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the IT / Recruitment / Staffing industry .Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling / analytics tools.Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.Note : Please apply who worked with IT comapanies only.
