Job description

Role : Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with proven hands-on expertise in API Management and DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior / lead role.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and secure APIs using tools like Kong, Gravitee.IO, KrakenD, WSO2 API Manager, or Apigee.
Design, implement, and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitOps, Terraform, or Ansible.
Manage containerized applications and orchestrate with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Monitor application performance and system health using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
Implement DevSecOps practices and ensure API security best practices are followed to safeguard systems and data.

Must-Have Skills :

API Gateway Management : Expertise with Kong, Gravitee.IO, KrakenD, WSO2 API Manager, or Apigee.

CI / CD Tools : Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitOps, Terraform, or Ansible.

Containers & Orchestration : Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

Monitoring & Reliability : Expertise with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.

Security : Knowledge of DevSecOps and API security best practices.

Profile Requirements :

7+ years of experience in DevOps with 3+ years in a senior / lead role.

Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proven leadership and mentoring skills to guide and support junior engineers.
