Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and proven experience in scaling startups from the ground up. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in SaaS business development , understands the SME market deeply, and thrives in a high-growth, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the SME segment.
• Conduct engaging product walkthroughs and demos tailored to client needs.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of our SaaS products and how they enhance organizational efficiency.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to closure.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Consistently meet or exceed business acquisition and revenue targets.
