Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Controller Property Accountant. Based on-site in Gurugram, the Assistant Controller Property Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and overseeing various finance and accounting functions. Additionally, the role requires ensuring compliance with Certified Public Accounting (CPA) standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Finance and Accounting principles
• Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification or equivalent qualifications
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the real estate or private equity industry is a plus
