About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technology background to lead the delivery of large-scale development projects , specifically focusing on CRM implementations . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning : Develop and manage detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Team Management : Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and external vendors to drive project success.
• CRM Implementation : Oversee the end-to-end implementation of CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), aligning system capabilities with business needs.
• Risk Management : Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies.
• Stakeholder Management : Maintain regular communication with project sponsors, business users, and senior leadership to report progress, manage expectations, and handle change requests.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through ongoing reviews, documentation checks, and testing oversight.
• Budgeting and Cost Control : Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and managing variances proactively.
