Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for product inquiries and order updates.
- Support the business development team in generating and following up on leads.
- Maintain client databases and track communication effectively.
- Assist in building long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills in English.Enthusiasm to learn and grow in sales and business development.Ability to work from our HSR Layout office.Minimum 6 months of prior telemarketing / business development exposure preferred.What You'll Gain
