Bartender

We are looking for energetic and passionate Bartenders to join our bar team! Whether you’re a fresher eager to learn or an experienced bartender ready to craft great drinks, we’d love to meet you.

What you'll do

Bar Operations : Prepare and manage the bar area before, during, and after service, ensuring all ingredients, tools, and garnishes are ready and well-stocked.

Mixology & Service : Create and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages consistently according to our standards and recipes. Provide engaging and attentive service to guests, making personalised recommendations when needed.

Cleanliness & Compliance : Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation of the bar at all times, adhering to all health and safety standards.

Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, manage requisitions, and coordinate with management for timely replenishment.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination during busy hours and contribute to a positive, efficient workflow.

Continuous Learning : Stay updated on new trends in mixology, spirits, and ingredients, and contribute ideas for the seasonal cocktail menu.

What we're looking for

• Freshers or 1–3 years of bar experience
• Basic knowledge of drinks (training will be provided for freshers)
• Strong understanding of spirits, cocktails, and bar equipment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to perform under pressure during high-volume service
• Positive attitude, collaborative approach, and a passion for hospitality
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per restaurant operations
