Job description Includes, but not Limited to :

• Assisting clients with life events for partnerships form 1065 and 1120,1120 S.
• Review U.S. tax returns viz tax returns for C and S corporations, Partnerships.
• Assisting on variety of tax issues, including REIT Qualification, impact of Tax Reform on passthroughs and other Real Estate clients, business restructuring.
• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships on various federal and State Tax consulting / compliance engagements.
• Review Federal and State income tax returns.
• Managing engagement workflow, engagement team resources, and engagement billing.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Able to do tax research independently.
• Training the staff.
• Supervise the staff's progress.
• Build working relationships with peers, supervisors and U.S. colleagues.
