About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic HR leader to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong focus on building scalable people processes and nurturing a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing HR operations and frameworks in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Own end-to-end recruitment across all levels, including planning, sourcing, and interviewing.
- Design structured onboarding programs to accelerate employee engagement and productivity.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage promotions, transfers, exits, and succession planning to ensure smooth career progression.Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and statutory compliance for all employees.3. Learning & Development
Conduct skill-gap analysis and implement learning programs to upskill teams and leaders.Design mentorship, training, and leadership development initiatives to drive growth.4. Performance Management
Build goal setting, KPI tracking, and appraisal systems that are transparent and outcomes-driven.Guide managers on providing constructive feedback and calibrating team performance fairly.5. Compensation & Benefits
Manage payroll, CTC structures, and employee benefits to ensure competitiveness and equity.Design rewards, recognition, and incentive programs to motivate high performance.6. Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan engagement activities, employee surveys, and feedback mechanisms to enhance satisfaction.Drive culture-building initiatives that reinforce company values and collaboration.7. Employee Relations & Compliance
Handle grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain a fair and transparent workplace.Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.8. HR Analytics & Reporting
Track attrition, hiring metrics, training effectiveness, and engagement scores.Provide actionable insights to leadership for workforce planning and decision-making.9. Organizational Development
Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.Drive diversity, inclusion, and internal mobility programs to strengthen the organization.10. HR Systems & Process Optimization
Implement and maintain HRIS and other systems to improve efficiency and transparency.Continuously refine HR workflows and processes to support scaling and growth. Key \Requirements :
9+ years of HR generalist experience across startups or service-oriented industries.Proven expertise across L&D, performance, rewards, employee relations, and compliance.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence leadership and work with young, dynamic teams.Hands-on experience in building HR processes and frameworks from scratch.
