KRAs
- Build the HR Shared Services function from the ground up—defining strategy, shaping the operating model, assembling high-calibre teams and embedding robust HR processes and technology across multiple global hubs.
- Champion operational transformation : Streamline and optimize everything from employee onboarding and lifecycle management to payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS / data—leveraging automation and best practices to drive efficiency and impact.
- Design and enforce service delivery standards, SLAs and KPIs that ensure every employee around the globe receives exceptional service and support.
- Be the change catalyst : Lead global change initiatives, win hearts and minds across business units, and partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and cultural alignment.
- Build a truly international team : Attract and develop talent from around the world, foster a culture of excellence, and nurture future HR leaders.
- Stay ahead of the curve : Ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements everywhere we operate, anticipating risks and opportunities with a global mindset.
- Work with the wider HR ecosystem—centres of expertise, business partners, and technology teams—on initiatives that move the needle for both HR and the business.
Ideal Prior Experience & Education
Seasoned HR shared services executive (20-25 years’ experience) with genuine, hands-on expertise in building and scaling HR Shared Services— to architect and execute.transformation on a global stage : deliver results across cultures and continents.Tech-savvy and data-driven : Comfortable with modern HRIS, digital tools and analytics—and passionate about leveraging technology for better outcomes.A strong communicator and stakeholder influencer : Known for your ability to partner with senior business leaders, lead large projects, and coach high-performing teams.Deep understanding of HR processes and service delivery, combined with a sharp focus on continuously improving and automating.Hold a relevant degree (Bachelor’s and Masters in HR); global HR certifications are a plus
