Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing targeted cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting campaigns.
- Participate in pre-sales tasks including market research, prospect list building, and lead qualification.
- Maintain and update accurate lead and customer data in CRM platforms.
- Join client meetings, demos, and calls with senior team members; take detailed notes and share takeaways.
- Gather detailed client briefs for ongoing projects and communicate summaries to internal teams.
- Help draft client proposals and pricing quotations for review.
- Follow up with clients under supervision for updates, feedback, and payment reminders.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to understand language services and project workflows.
- Attend internal training sessions to gain knowledge of industry-specific tools, services, and terminology.
