Transformation Consultant

Essential Responsibilities :

• Formulate and be accountable for overall program / project planning, delivery, and achievement of objectives aligned with the innovation stage gate process (problem exploration, ideation, proposal development, PoC / MVP testing, launch, monitoring, and incubation / transfer).
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, ensure alignment and engagement; develop and execute change and leadership alignment strategies.
• Lead analysis of strategic innovation opportunities; prepare concept briefs, business case documentation, and presentations based on identified problems or business needs.
• Develop business requirements or product specifications for relevant technology initiatives.
• Define project scope and goals, estimate budget and risks, and prepare detailed project plans using program / project management methodologies.
• Collect innovation ideas through crowd sourcing or leadership workshops, prioritize and combine them into actionable projects.
• Provide regular project performance updates, identify variances to plans, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to uncover root causes of variances and identify improvement opportunities.
