Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer, located in Ahmedabad. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales efforts. The role involves communicating with clients to understand their needs, providing information about our services, and maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
• Proven Sales skills with a customer-centric approach
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive attitude
• Previous experience in telemarketing or a related field is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent
