Our Product Development group, part of AT&T’s Technology Services (ATS) organization, is responsible for building software-based products, services, and platforms that our customers love and need. Roles and Responsibilities :

• The role is responsible for reviewing the long-term Salesforce enabled business roadmap for the multiple channels, ensuring that cross functional product, delivery, and business teams are working in concert to deliver business value
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Analyze, estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track the bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Work with the US-based leadership to develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Coordinate with stakeholders and identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies

Primary / Mandatory skills :

Technical Skills : SF Sales Cloud, QA Automation, Jira, CICD, REST APIs, Any Programming Language

Additional information (if any) :  Willing to work in Shift Duties, Willingness to learn is very important as AT&T offers excellent environment to learn Digital Transformation skills.

Certification : AEM Content author or any relevant Content Implementor certifications (Good to have)
