Role Overview
The Recruitment Delivery Leader at Global Talent Exchange (GTX) will lead the end-to-end delivery of recruitment and talent mobility projects for Indian and global clients. This role is central to GTX’s mission of connecting global talent to India and facilitating “Brain Gain for Viksit Bharat.”
The Delivery Head will ensure operational excellence, build a high-performance delivery engine, and drive outcomes across domestic and international mandates—especially in high-impact sectors like Semiconductors, Engineering, Aerospace, Automotive, and Emerging Technologies.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment Delivery Leadership
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of recruitment projects for both India-based and global clients.
- Ensure timely and quality fulfillment of mandates across niche and leadership roles.
- Build scalable delivery models that address returning NRI talent, global hiring, and cross-border workforce mobility.
- Drive consistent achievement of client SLAs, offer-to-join ratios, and delivery margins.
2. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Build, train, and mentor a high-performing delivery team, including recruiters, team leads, and talent researchers.Introduce best practices in sourcing, engagement, and assessment for global and India-based roles.Encourage a culture of ownership, speed, and excellence across all delivery verticals.3. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a strategic partner to clients across India, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.Understand sector-specific hiring needs and craft tailored delivery strategies.Collaborate with client partners and business development teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Participate in client review meetings, providing insights on talent trends, market intelligence, and delivery performance.4. Process, Systems & Quality Excellence
Implement and refine GTX’s global delivery framework, integrating AI-driven sourcing, talent analytics, and ATS automation.Standardize processes across accounts to ensure predictability, transparency, and quality of outcomes.Continuously improve operational efficiency through data-driven reviews and performance dashboards.5. Strategic & Cross-Border Talent Initiatives
Work closely with leadership on programs such as ‘Back 2 Bharat’ (returning NRI talent) and ‘India to the World’ (outbound deployment of Indian talent).Partner with ecosystem players (industry associations, embassies, talent networks) to strengthen GTX’s delivery reach and impact.Support thought leadership and talent insights through participation in industry forums, data studies, and conferences.Key Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in large-scale recruitment delivery or RPO / global hiring environments.Deep understanding of niche and technical hiring across multiple sectors.Strong client management and solutioning capabilities.Experience managing geographically distributed teams and complex hiring projects.Proficiency in ATS, CRM, and analytics-based decision-making.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.8 - 12 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a delivery leadership role.Prior experience in global hiring, cross-border recruitment, or RPO delivery is highly preferred.Performance Metrics
