Job description10+ years IT experience, with at least 6 years of ServiceNow development & architecture. Strong experience in custom application development on ServiceNow (Scoped Apps). Expertise in App Engine Studio, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts. Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server). Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM (implementation experience preferred). Experience in architecture design, solutioning, and platform governance. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM / HRSD / CSM. Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities :
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow custom applications and enterprise solutions.
- Define technical strategy, integration patterns, and data flows for large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Hands-on development of custom ServiceNow applications using Scoped Apps, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure platform governance, best practices, performance tuning, and maintainability of ServiceNow applications.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership during design, development, and deployment.
- Drive integrations with third-party systems (REST, SOAP, APIs).
- Support upgrades, patching, and enhancements of ServiceNow environments.
