Manage end-to-end payroll processing and administration for 3000+ employees.Calculate and validate salaries, benefits, deductions, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, PT, LWF, ESI, Income Tax).Handle PF-related activities including claim resolution, EPFO coordination, and submission of joint declarations for employee data updates.Maintain payroll reports including payroll summaries, tax reports, and compliance reports.Address and resolve employee payroll queries independently with strong problem-solving skills.Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for seamless payroll operations and vendor management.Stay updated with payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor law requirements.Support payroll process improvements and compliance initiatives.Skills Required
