Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Technician to support the development and prototyping of electric motorcycles. The role involves hands-on work in wiring harness installation, component integration, and troubleshooting of vehicle electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in automotive or motorcycle electrical systems, with strong wiring and diagnostics skills. This is a workshop-focused role supporting rapid development cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install and route low- and high-voltage wiring harnesses on EV motorcycle prototypes.
• Connect and secure electrical components such as :
• Battery packs, controllers, motors, relays, sensors, DC-DC converters, lighting systems
• Assist engineers with prototype wiring, crimping, soldering, and connector assembly.
• Perform continuity checks, voltage testing, insulation resistance, and circuit validation.
• Support CAN bus wiring, BMS signal routing, and ECU installation (if applicable).
• Help troubleshoot electrical faults using multimeters, diagnostic tools, and basic schematics.
• Ensure proper IP-rated sealing, EMI / EMC compliance, and cable management.
• Maintain wiring diagrams, build records, and workshop documentation.
