Job Title : Sales Engineer

Location : Chennai TamilNadu (local candidates preferred)

Experience : 2–4 years in industrial or B2B technical sales

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, Power Plant)

Technical Preference : Understanding of valves, actuators, and industrial systems

Role Overview :

Responsible for technical sales support, client coordination, business development, and lead generation in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Understand client requirements and technical needs.
  • Propose suitable product and service solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, bids, and technical proposals.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with service and operations teams for timely execution.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress to management.
  • Ready to visit the field regularly and generate new business leads.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering).
  • 2–4 years of experience in industrial or B2B technical sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical understanding of valves, actuators, and industrial systems preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel frequently.
