For more information visit, What You'll Do : The Legal Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the processing and reviewing of sales insertion orders and other legal agreements, completing metadata tags on such agreements, and supporting our legal team in day-to-day operations. We are looking for a proactive legal professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for technology. Agreement Processing & Review : Process and review sales insertion orders. Escalate legal review of insertion orders or agreements to attorneys as needed. Completing metadata tags on legal agreements using Ironclad, our contract management application. Provide support to Legal team on day-to-day operations Legal Team Administration : Track and review invoices from third-party vendors retained by the Legal team. Perform electronic filing of documents as needed. Manage the relevant team email
