Lead Coupa Integration Specialist (Onsite – US | Offshore – India) [12 / 10 / 2025]

We’re looking for experienced Coupa professionals to join our team as Lead Integration Specialists. This role is critical in driving procurement digital transformation within the healthcare domain. You’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders, lead onsite / offshore teams, and design scalable Coupa solutions that directly impact procurement efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end Coupa platform implementations (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Expenses, Sourcing, Pay).
• Design and manage Coupa integrations (APIs, cXML, SFTP, middleware – MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic).
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to align workflows with healthcare compliance and regulations.
• Drive solution design, code reviews, and technical best practices across onsite / offshore teams.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and manage Coupa release upgrades.
