Position Overview
We are seeking an
iPaaS Integration Specialist
to join our team and play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining integrations across a wide range of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with
iPaaS platforms (no-code / low-code) , a solid understanding of
HR Tech ecosystems , and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical execution.
This role will focus on building integrations for our
multi-tenant SaaS platform
within the
HR Tech industry , connecting with systems such as
ERPs, HRIS, SSO, Payroll, Procurement (P2P), ATS, and other third-party tools .
Key Responsibilities
Integration Design & Development
Build, configure, and deploy integrations using an iPaaS platform (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft Composer, Boomi, SnapLogic, or similar).
Develop connectors and workflows that ensure seamless data exchange between SaaS applications and external systems.
Perform
data mapping, transformations, and validations
to meet business and technical requirements.
Functional & Business Alignment
Collaborate with client stake holders, product managers, HR tech SMEs, and business analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable integration solutions.
Understand HR, Finance, and Procurement processes to design integrations that add value and reduce manual effort.
Platform & Ecosystem Expertise
Manage integrations with
ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials) ,
HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Oracle HCM, UKG, etc.) ,
SSO / Identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.) ,
Payroll providers ,
ATS systems , and
P2P platforms (Coupa, Ariba, etc.) .
Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and compliant with data privacy and security standards.
Support & Optimization
Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows, ensuring high availability and performance.
Maintain documentation of integration processes, configurations, and data flows.
Continuously optimize integrations for performance, cost, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience : 5–8+ years of integration experience, with at least 3+ years using an
iPaaS platform .
Industry Knowledge : Strong background in
HR Tech SaaS ecosystems , including HRIS, Payroll, Talent, and ERP integrations.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in configuring iPaaS platforms for end-to-end integrations.
Solid understanding of
APIs (REST / SOAP / GraphQL) , webhooks, data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), and authentication standards (OAuth, SAML, JWT).
Experience with
data transformation, enrichment, and cleansing .
Business Acumen : Ability to understand HR and Finance processes (hire-to-retire, payroll, procure-to-pay, onboarding, compliance).
Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve integration failures and optimize workflows.
Collaboration : Excellent communication skills to work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in
multi-tenant SaaS platforms .
Exposure to MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Relevant certifications in iPaaS tools (e.g., Boomi Professional Developer, Workato Automation Pro, Mulesoft Certified Integration Associate).
