As we expand our global marine operations, we are looking to onboard a Recruitment Executive to strengthen our Marine Manning team in Mumbai. This role is key to ensuring that we attract, assess, and deploy the best marine talent across our FPSOs, FSOs, offshore, and coastal vessels.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all types of sailing vessels including FPSO, FSO, DP vessels, AHTS, and coastal vessels.
• Create and update job descriptions in line with client and operational requirements.
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen applications, review resumes, and conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
• Prepare and share shortlists of qualified candidates with hiring managers.
• Draft and publish engaging job advertisements across online platforms.
• Handle employee documentation such as offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, and promotion letters.
• Maintain and update the Crew Management System with accurate candidate records.
• Monitor recruitment matrix including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
• Collaborate with department heads and clients to anticipate and meet present and future manpower requirements.
• Support employee relations, handle grievances, and assist in HR operations as needed.
