Job Description

Organise, Lead and drvie ESS CUBE product strategy

Decision making of product requirments, prorities, addressing customer topics. Plan and drive all scrum activities and releases for ESS CUBE.

Responsibilities :

• . Define stories and prioritize the team backlog to streamline the execution of program
• . Prepare and manage the product backlog
• . Prioritize the order of items in the product backlog
• . Being available to the development team at all times to answer any questions team
• . Monitor the customer needs and the customer views on product requirments
• . Review how the team is implementing a product feature
• . Contribute in all phases of product development cycle
• . Contribute in improvement of processes and efficiency
• . Disucssions with customer teams (internal / external)
• . Budget and planning management and tracking
• . Ensure quality of release process including all documentation and reveiws
• . Technical support to the factory / system / customer team - prepare a plan and solve
• . Build and report - like dashboard etc.
