Job Description :

Job Location : Trivandrum / Cochin

Seeking a Product owner with strong product analysis expertise, a consultative mindset, and a passion for AI-enabled, intelligent product capabilities.

Role demands the ability to deliver value-driven product consultancy engaging with customers to uncover business needs, shaping solutions that maximize business value, and influencing product direction.

Collaborate closely with customers, product managers, and engineering teams to define and deliver solutions addressing complex logistics and energy industry challenges.

Proven experience across key stages of the product lifecycle : discovery, requirements, delivery, customer demos, and roadmap discussions.

Act as a product expert in customer engagements, with deep knowledge of industry processes and business challenges.

Demonstrated ability to consult with clients to optimize business processes and unlock measurable value.

Hands-on experience with fit-gap analysis, roadmap definition, and solution implementation in client environments.

Expertise in Agile requirements management : maintaining product backlogs, developing and refining user stories, sprint planning, envisioning, and grooming.

Skilled in requirement prioritization techniques (Value-Driven, RICE), providing inputs for UI / UX, managing conflicting requirements, navigating change management, and applying an MVP-first approach to complex requirements.

Strong working knowledge of Agile (Scrum / Kanban) practices and delivery frameworks.

Contribute to identifying and shaping AI / ML-driven use cases that build intelligent product capabilities and create customer value.

Required Skills

5–10 years of experience in Product Analysis or Product Consulting

Strong analytical ability, communication, and stakeholder management skills

End-to-end exposure to at least one full product lifecycle – from design to delivery

Expertise in Agile practices and product delivery frameworks

Tools : Jira, Confluence, MS Visio

Good to have

Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation

Industrial standard certifications, Attended Industrial Forums, paper presentation

Experience or exposure to AI use case modeling

Experience : 5-10 years of experience
