JOB OPENING – CRANE / WHE OPERATOR

Location : Caribbean -On-Site

️ Industry : Heavy Equipment Operation

We are seeking an experienced Crane / WHE Operator for a client's project based in the Caribbean. The role involves operating various cranes and heavy equipment to support logistics, construction, and maintenance operations on-site.

REQUIREMENTS – MANDATORY

✅ Valid Driver’s License

✅ Prior Crane Operation Experience

✅ Ability to obtain certifications upon arrival

✅ Willingness to obtain all PWS certifications within 180 days of arrival

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate mobile cranes and heavy equipment safely and efficiently

Interpret load charts and plan lifts considering weather and capacity

️ Conduct daily safety inspections and preventative maintenance

Inspect worksite conditions prior to crane setup

Hoist, position, and transport materials including machinery and construction equipment

️ Ensure compliance with safety and vehicle operation standards

Maintain accurate vehicle logs and update digital or manual work orders

Report defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns immediately

Plan and secure materials and equipment during transport

Perform general site housekeeping and support team tasks as needed

Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, early or late shifts; overtime may be required
