The Role :

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Oracle Responsys Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be the primary owner of the Responsys platform, responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing complex, automated lifecycle and promotional campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the in-house expert and system administrator for the  Oracle Responsys platform .

Design, build, execute, and monitor sophisticated multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push) using Responsys, including dynamic content, advanced segmentation, and multi-step Program Journeys.

Develop and manage a comprehensive campaign calendar, ensuring timely and flawless execution of all broadcast and triggered campaigns.

Perform complex list pulls and audience segmentation using SQL and Responsys Data Filters to target the right users with the right message.

Conduct A / B and multivariate testing on campaign elements (subject lines, creative, CTAs, send times) to continuously improve performance and derive actionable insights.

Analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, revenue attribution, ROI) and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Manage list health, oversee IP reputation, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR regulations.

Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to ensure all campaign assets are on-brand and technically sound.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaigns, data feeds, and platform integrations.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills) Must-Haves :

4 to 5 years  of hands-on experience managing enterprise-level email marketing campaigns, with at least  3 years of dedicated, deep experience in Oracle Responsys .

Proven expertise in building and managing Program Journeys and interactive campaigns within the Responsys platform.

Strong proficiency in writing and understanding  SQL for data extraction and segmentation .

A solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, inbox placement, list hygiene, and mobile optimization.

A data-obsessed mindset with strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and performance analysis.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points For) :

Oracle Responsys Certification.

Experience integrating Responsys with other platforms (e.g., a CRM like Salesforce, e-commerce platforms, data warehouses).

Experience with HTML / CSS for email template customization.

Knowledge of complementary tools in the Oracle Marketing Cloud stack (e.g., Eloqua, BlueKai).

Experience in the B2C E-commerce, Travel, and Financial Services sector.
