(Immediate Start) Head - Management Assurance

Role Overview :

The Head – Management Assurance will be responsible for strengthening STL's risk management, internal controls, and governance frameworks. This leader will provide strategic direction to audit programs, proactively identify and mitigate business risks, and ensure process integrity and compliance across manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions.

This role requires a forward-looking professional with a sharp business mindset and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring a culture of transparency, operational excellence, and responsible growth.
