Description : Role Overview
Were looking for a VP - Performance & Marketing to lead growth across paid channels, brand strategy, and user acquisition. You will own the marketing P&L, drive CAC efficiency, and scale the business globally through data-driven experimentation and creative strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end performance marketing across Google, Meta, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
- Build and execute ROI-driven campaigns for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Optimize marketing funnels to balance growth and profitability.
- Own marketing analytics, attribution, and budgeting.
- Drive creative strategy and collaborate with product teams for high-converting assets and messaging.
- Explore and scale new international markets, working closely with the leadership team.
- Mentor and scale a high-performance marketing team.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Engineering to enable growth 812 years of experience in digital / performance marketing for high-scale consumer tech or gaming / social apps.
- Proven track record of managing $5M+ monthly budgets efficiently.
- Deep understanding of CPI, LTV, CAC, ROAS, and marketing attribution models.
- Analytical and creative able to combine data insights with storytelling.
- Experience leading teams and driving measurable impact in fast-paced, execution-first environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Must have exp- Proven track record of managing 20-40Cr monthly budgets efficiently.
