At The Unfiltered Startup, we're on a mission to help solopreneurs and startups stop wasting money on ads that don't convert and scale smarter.

Built by an IIT Delhi–backed team of entrepreneurs, we've already built traction in India. Now, we're scaling globally across US, UK, EU, Middle East, and APAC—and we're looking for a results-driven Ads Specialist to help us make it happen.

Role Overview

We're looking for a performance marketer who lives and breathes ROI. Someone who doesn't just 'run ads,' but can architect strategies, craft campaigns, and constantly optimize for results.

You'll be directly responsible for setting up, managing, and scaling Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns that drive international leads and clients for our fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Meta & Google Ads campaigns across multiple international markets
  • Build and manage full-funnel ad strategies (prospecting + retargeting)
  • Write high-converting ad copy and oversee creatives
  • Set up and optimize conversion tracking (Pixel, Analytics, GTM)
  • Run A / B tests, scale winning campaigns, and reduce CPA
  • Deliver weekly reports with insights and growth recommendations

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in Google & Meta Ads for international clients
  • Strong portfolio / case studies showing real ROI, leads, and conversions
  • Ability to think beyond clicks—focus on client acquisition & scaling
  • Startup-ready : agile, data-driven, and comfortable working at founder speed
