Conceive and design the customer engagement framework as per the Referral program construct.Coordinate with cross functional teams (Marketing referral program promotional communication, Strategy referral program performance, IT Reports & data, Finance Referral payout accounting, etc) to ensure a smooth progress of referral program.Drive regional referral teams to achieve the set targets for each project.Track program performance on regular basis through daily, weekly and monthly reports and provide relevant inputs to regional teams.Liaison with regional referral leads to gather both quantitative and qualitative customer feedback on referral program activities.Regular visits to projects, observe customer interactions and suggest improvements / tweaks in referral program construct.Monitor and report competitor referral and loyalty program initiatives at regular intervals.Skills Required
