Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on marketing leader to head our marketing function and take it to the next level of growth. As AVP – Marketing, you will own brand building, growth strategy, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will lead a growing team while collaborating across functions to position Sova Health as the category-defining leader in microbiome and personalized health.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and executional excellence. The right candidate will bring performance-driven growth expertise alongside brand-building capability in a fast-paced consumer healthtech environment.

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Define, lead, and execute Sova Health’s integrated marketing strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Build and scale the marketing function across brand, digital, performance, and content.
• Mentor and manage a high-performing marketing team and external partners.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape long-term brand positioning and growth roadmap.
