Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze e-commerce data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behaviour to optimize our strategies.
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing business processes and systems.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports to track performance on various e-commerce channels, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to measure their impact and identify areas for further improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Skills Required :
