Role Overview

We are seeking a Techno-Functional PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to support Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules. The consultant will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring smooth HR processes, integrations, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and enhance Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Labor modules.
• Develop interfaces, reports, bolt-on applications, and custom solutions using People Tools technologies (Integration Broker, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Application Package, Workflow, BI Publisher, SQR).
• Support third-party integrations with ADP Payroll, Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, OnBase, and others.
• Lead and participate in testing cycles (unit, system, integration, UAT, parallel, performance).
• Provide functional and technical production support, including 24x7 on-call assistance.
• Ensure secure file transfers (PSFTP, SSH, Cygwin) and manage PGP encryption / decryption for data exchange.
• Create and manage SQL / Oracle scripts for data validation, performance tuning, and reporting.
• Work on PeopleSoft Process Scheduler, Autosys scheduling, and migration tools like STAT.
• Adhere to coding standards, security, performance, and scalability best practices.
• Engage in project management activities, including stakeholder communication, status reporting, and team coordination.
