Job description

Experience & Education :

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree
  • 8-10 years of professional experience
  • Proven experience with patient and / or payer data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market

Technical Skills :

  • Strong Python coding skills (emphasized as essential)
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word)
  • HIPAA-compliant data management experience
  • Experience with specialty distributor EDI data (852, 867) preferred
  • Knowledge of commercial life sciences datasets (CRM, payer reference, claims) preferred

    • Management & Soft Skills :

  • Strong project management capabilities
  • People management and mentoring skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in international matrix environment
  • Willingness to work US hours with 3-4 hours overlap

    • What You'd Be Doing

  • Managing data aggregation projects from conception to delivery
  • Developing data management and reporting systems
  • Working with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data
  • Client relationship management and communication
  • Team leadership and mentoring
  • Coordinating with US-based teams and clients
  • Managing project finances and deliverables
