Job descriptionTrack sales, settlements, and deductions from platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. Reconcile marketplace reports with internal order records. Monitor returns, refunds, fees, commissions, and payment cycles. Maintain accurate marketplace MIS and highlight discrepancies proactively. Maintain daily inward and outward stock records for raw materials, POD blanks, and finished goods. Support cycle counts and prepare inventory summaries. Track stock movement across warehouse, production, and dispatch. Process returned items from marketplaces, customers, and internal teams. Categorise items as reusable, rework-required, damaged, or scrap. Maintain structured documentation for all return stock. Support procurement coordination, vendor follow-ups, and production updates. Prepare weekly and monthly MIS covering finance, inventory, and operations. Ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to improving operational workflows. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts, inventory, marketplace reconciliation, or operations. Comfort using various accounting, payroll, and workflow tools. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and documentation ability. Good communication and coordination skills.

About the Role :
Dehcy Global is hiring a Finance and Operations Executive to support accounting activities, marketplace financial tracking, inventory management, return-stock processing, and overall operational coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple digital tools and structured processes.

- Assist with payroll preparation, attendance validation, and HR-related documentation.
