Marketing Manager – Paid Ads & HubSpot Automation

We’re looking for a performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead our paid media and marketing automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running high-performing paid campaigns, managing ABM programs, and leveraging HubSpot automation, including dashboards and reporting to drive lead generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels.
• Develop and manage HubSpot marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
• Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns using prospect intelligence and intent data.
• Manage and optimize email marketing strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to maximize ROI.
• Build dashboards and reports in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and relevant tools for performance analysis.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation across campaigns.
• Conduct A / B testing on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, automation advancements, and industry best practices.
