Job Description
As Manager in sales your role will be pivotal in generating leads, following up with prospects, maintaining sales records and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle the complete sales cycle from managing assigned inventory to closing deals.
- Identify and implement strategies to build a strong pipeline of promising leads.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for both residential and commercial properties.
- Work closely with Marketing team and recommend strategies to improve visibility and achieve marketing objectives.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and explore customer referrals actively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications and follow-ups.
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing and competitor activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Education : Graduate in any discipline
Experience : 3 to 5 yrs of residential or commercial real estate sales experience
from a reputed and well-known builder
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Soft Skills :
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth.Mandatory Skills :
Good knowledge and understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market and compliance norms
Lead handling, conversion and referral engagement.
Well versed with CRM / ERP to improve overall quality of work
