Konverge Technologies - Project Manager

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Networking technologies and end-to-end project lifecycle management.

The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving successful | Gurgaon

Key Manage the entire project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans effectively.
• Handle risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and change control processes.
• Coordinate and manage communication between internal teams, vendors, OEMs, and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Conduct status meetings, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Drive project governance and ensure projects meet quality and delivery standards.
• Manage escalations and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field (Masters preferred).
