We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional to lead our sales team and drive our business growth in the competitive Bengaluru market.
Job Summary :
The Sales Professional will be responsible for leading and managing the entire sales cycle for our residential projects. This includes developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading and mentoring a team of sales executives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in residential property sales.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy & Planning :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in Bengaluru.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and promotional events.
- Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports and forecasts to senior management.
2. Team Leadership & Management :
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.Set individual sales targets for team members and provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback.Monitor daily sales activities, track team performance metrics, and ensure the team has the necessary resources to succeed.Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and address challenges.3. Client Relationship & Sales Process Management :
Oversee the entire sales process, from initial lead generation to final closure and post-sales service.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and finalize deals to maximize closure opportunities.Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer journey, from site visits to documentation and possession.4. Financial & Administrative :
Control expenses and monitor budgets related to the sales department.Ensure all sales activities and transactions are in compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.Identify, implement and utilize CRM software and other sales management tools to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance.Qualifications & Skills :
Educational Background : Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience : Proven work experience of 7-12 years in residential real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the Bengaluru market. Proven expertise of dealing and managing HNI Clients is mandatory.Market Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the Bengaluru residential real estate market, including property laws, trends, and competitor landscape.Soft Skills :o Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
o Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, and negotiation abilities.
o Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is highly desirable.
o Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
o A proactive, results-oriented, and "go-getter" attitude.
