HVAC Project Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Supervise HVAC Project Execution : Oversee and manage HVAC projects, including installation of VRF systems, ducting, piping, AHUs, and ventilation systems at various sites.
• Execution Planning : Prepare detailed execution plans and ensure timely implementation of projects as per design specifications.
• Progress Reporting : Regularly update management on site progress, potential risks, and resource requirements.
• Coordination with Contractors & Vendors : Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and workforce for smooth site operations and timely delivery.
• Read & Interpret HVAC Layout Drawings : Interpret HVAC project drawings and specifications, ensuring proper implementation of layouts.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders : Engage with architects, consultants, customers, and project management companies (PMCs) for effective coordination.
• Timely Site Measurements : Ensure accurate site measurements for certification, invoicing, and billing purposes.
• Manpower Management : Estimate manpower needs and plan daily workforce deployment based on project requirements.
• Project Documentation & Invoicing Support : Maintain project documentation and assist in the invoicing process, ensuring proper certifications.
