Title : Compliance Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our organizational compliance and risk management initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that the company conducts its business in full alignment with all relevant national and international laws, regulations, and internal governance standards. You will play a key role in strengthening the companys risk culture, maintaining stakeholder trust, and embedding compliance as a strategic enabler across all business functions.

Key Governance & Leadership :

• Develop, implement, and oversee the companys compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and internal governance practices.
• Lead company-wide compliance programs and initiatives to promote a culture of accountability and integrity.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to identify potential compliance risks and design mitigation strategies.

What You Bring :

Experience : 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience managing compliance or governance programs in a multinational or regulated industry (e.g., financial services, technology, consulting).

Education : Bachelors degree required; a postgraduate qualification in Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field Strong understanding of compliance, corporate governance, and risk management frameworks.
