About the Role
We're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead digital experiences across multiple brand projects. You will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging content, driving audience interaction, and analyzing customer behavior to deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients.
You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure brand voice, consistency, and innovation across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand each brand's vision, values, and positioning, and develop content strategies that align with the agency's creative standards.
- Continuously explore innovative, creative, and technology-driven ideas for brand engagement.
- Ensure consistent and effective distribution of content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and websites.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign value and performance.
- Create and manage both day-to-day posts and larger campaign content for multiple digital channels.
- Coordinate daily with clients and provide regular progress updates to the Account Manager.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia assets aligned with the content strategy.
- Develop buzz-worthy campaigns to build excitement around brand products or services.
- Conduct research and gather materials for interactive and informative content creation.
- Manage clients' digital platforms and ensure consistency in branding and tone of voice.
- Track and analyze engagement, traffic, conversions, and other key campaign metrics, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
Key Skills Required
