We are a fast-growing London-based RegTech startup seeking our first Product Leader to own the end-to-end product charter for our flagship ComplyLens Risk Assessment Platform . This is a high-impact role for a young and energetic individual who wants to shape the future of compliance technology and work with clients globally.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to be a key member of our leadership team, reporting directly to the Founder. We are a small and hands-on team, and there are no direct reports to this role initially, so a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved is essential.

You will be responsible for :

• Product Strategy : Shaping the vision and roadmap for the ComplyLens platform, working closely with the founder, leadership team, and development. You will define a product that not only meets regulatory requirements but also solves real-world compliance challenges for our clients.
• End-to-End Ownership : From ideation and user research to a go-to-market strategy and driving adoption, you will own the entire product lifecycle.
• Development & Collaboration : Working closely with our talented engineering team, you will translate the product strategy into a tangible, high-quality, and scalable platform.
• Market-Facing Leadership : Becoming a subject matter expert and the face of the product, engaging with key clients and prospects to understand their needs and showcase the platform's value.
