Role and Responsibilities :
Pre-Sales Strategy & Execution
- Lead the AI Pre-Sales function, from opportunity identification to solutioning, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to uncover AI opportunities in existing accounts and new pursuits.
- Translate client business requirements into tailored AI-driven solutions with clear ROI and value articulation.
Client Engagement & Business Growth
Act as a trusted advisor and AI subject matter expert in client meetings, workshops, and industry forums.Build strong CXO-level relationships to position the company as a strategic AI partner.Customize solutions to address sector-specific challenges in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, and IT Services.Solution Design & Proposal Development
Work with data scientists, engineers, and architects to design scalable and secure AI / ML architectures.Drive proposal creation including RFP responses, solution blueprints, business case modeling, and proof-of-concept plans.Ensure alignment of proposals with both client needs and organizational delivery capabilities.Team Leadership & Enablement
Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing AI pre-sales team.Enable sales and delivery teams with AI-focused training, playbooks, and case studies.Foster collaboration across sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.Market Intelligence & Differentiation
Stay ahead of AI market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.Recommend innovative approaches to differentiate the company's AI value proposition.Represent the company at leading conferences, client events, and industry webinars. Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI / ML, or related field.10+ years of experience in AI / ML roles, with at least 4-5 years in pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture.Demonstrated success in designing and pitching AI-led solutions to enterprise clients.Strong knowledge of AI / ML platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise data ecosystems.Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
